The Perifit app gently guides you through your initial training. It provides a clear and simple explanation for every exercise, and a lot of advice for a perfect workout every time. You will have to choose the most suitable excercise program: postpartum, stress incontinence, urge incontinece, mixed incontinence, intimate well-being, prevention. Perifit uses proprietary algorithms to assess your personal pelvic floor performance against five key metrics: strength, endurance, frequency, release and accuracy. It is designed to comfortably fit all body types and accurately measure your lift strength. Furthermore, each Perifit is made from medical grade silicone and is completely waterproof. The trainer is powered by a battery with a design life of 10 years (30 minutes of exercise per week).

For better glide and more pleasant sensations, the trainer should be used with water-based lubricants as they do not damage the soft material. Clean in warm water with intimate soap or with a special sex toy cleaner.

Perifit uses a Bluetooth connection and works with the Perifit app on iOS 11.0 and Android 5.0 or later. The mobile app is available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
