Before starting the application of the Vagina Pump, apply intimate cream or personal moisturiser to the genital area. Now press the genital suction cup gently onto the spread-open vagina. Allow the air to be sucked out of the cup by activating the connected vacuum pump - this creates negative pressure. After a few minutes, open the valve of the pressure regulator and allow air to flow into the cup again. Repeat both processes alternately. The application with an insertion tube provides an additional increase in pleasure thanks to the suction effect inside the vagina.
Use the Vagina Pump for a maximum of 15 minutes and make sure that it always feels comfortable. If the genital suction cup does not fit or seal well, remove it and apply it in a more comfortable position. In case of pain and/or numbness during use, discontinue the use immediately.
